Tomboy Butcher’s Beginner Sausage Making Class is designed for novice students, but available to all levels.

Students will get a hands-on lesson in making their own pork sausage from start to finish. We will talk about meat quality, ratios, seasoning, and tricks of the trade.

Students will go home with 2 lbs of sausage.

There are two class dates to choose from

(only 4 students per class; first come, first choice of date)

If you need to cancel please cancel 1 week before scheduled class date for full refund. No shows will not be refunded.
